What is Man

War and destruction

Divide the men you've made

You shine down your light

But they use it to make shade

Pain and corruption

Plague the earth you laid

You made it perfect

But that's just not how it stayed

You're up above

But your eyes they face below

What is man

That it's him you choose

 to know

You're up above

But you want a home below

What is earth

That to it you yearn to go

War and destruction

Divide your many sons

You shine down your light

But they use it to make guns 

Pain and confusion

Weigh on the earth in tons

You made it perfect

But that's no longer how it runs

Though things ain't perfect

This is what you had in mind

If you wanted perfect

That's how you would've made mankind

We're here to work towards

A world that is refined

A united people

With one heart and one mind
